Using Famlib
Famlib helps you organize personal and family information. You are responsible for the information you add, the people with whom you share it, and ensuring that your use of Famlib follows applicable law and does not infringe another person's rights.
Health and medication information
Famlib is an organizational tool, not a healthcare provider. Medication names, ingredients, warnings, adverse reactions, and other health information may be incomplete, unavailable, or out of date. Famlib does not diagnose conditions or provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about medicines, treatment, or care.
U.S. National Library of Medicine data
Famlib may use public medication data maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, including data available through RxNorm and related NLM services.
Famlib uses publicly available NLM data. NLM, the National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are not responsible for Famlib and do not endorse or recommend Famlib or any other product.
The NLM name and logo are not used to brand or promote Famlib. See the official RxNav terms of service for the governing notices and current API conditions.
Third-party data
Third-party datasets and services remain under their respective providers' control. Their availability, coverage, identifiers, and content may change. A match suggested by an external source should be reviewed before it changes a health record.
